And needless to say I have based about 95% of these on my own personal experiences, all the way from my childhood to the point of my early adulthood now (I am entering my 30’s a different man as we speak!). And you know what? Finally I have had to face up to the music when my personal empire came crashing down. I lost my business, I lost my fiancee, I lost my income and I almost lost my mind (I am serious guys, I was on pill’s and stuff). Downtime as I would like to call it is not fun. It feels like I came to screeching halt from a top speed of 300 kilometers an hour, and the momentum just struck me like a derailed train at a thousand miles a second; trust me that is not a fun feeling!
So what do you do?
This is what I did, a simple 5 step recovery process.

Step 1
Take in a huge and deep breath. Do this a few times, do it. Am not kidding, the extra influx of oxygen to your brain will actually calm you down. Now that you are calmer, admit that you have failed. I am serious, and this is not as easy as it sounds, especially if you have been a high flyer. We are our biggest critics, and to go over the ego to admit that you have failed, phew that just requires an immense amount of gung-ho on our part.
So just say
“Damn it! I Fucked up! Now what?”
As soon as you have this out of the way, we can move on to step 2.

Step 2
Start accessing the level of damage that has been done, first financially, then emotionally and then mentally. Do this in the order written.

Why?

Because you don’t want to know that you are broke and depressed at the same time cause that will make you lose your mind. So access the financial loss. Calculate the total of your debts. Then contact the individual debtors and strike a deal with them to pay them back at your minimum best. They will come to terms with your suggestion, because it’s tough times for everyone. If you go down, they will to. So be nice, don’t dodge their calls and be honest about your current situation and explain your plan to them.

Good.

Finance’s sorted out.
The debts anyway. Now look for an immediate source of decent income. If you have lost your job, immediately sign up with head hunters and look for jobs. If you still have a job, congratulations. Do your best to keep it! For business people, well, just try to stay afloat till you reach the shores.
Now to sort out the emotional train wreck. This is as important if not more than the other 2 topics. Reason being, you have to figure out what is the lesson that is to be learned from this disaster, or it will keep repeating itself until you learn from it. There is an extremely simple way of sorting this out. Take a piece of paper or a notebook if you will, and write. Write to your heart’s content on how you feel, why you feel this way and who or what made you feel this.

Write it all out.
Trust me, it’s therapeutic. If you want to, write a blog.

Good, first exercise done. Let it sit in for a few days.

Now it’s time to make a new set of rules or modify the older set of rules. I call it a personal commandment. But when you make the rules, make sure you obey the rules and enforce it. A rule that is not enforced is just a word. Enforcing and obeying it, makes that word powerful. So make the rules, obey the rules and above all enforce it! Modify it only if needed, but if you were confident on making the rule, then modifying it is just an act of insecurity or fallacy.

Don’t lie to yourself.

Make it into a placard and view it every day,
once when you wake up and once before you go to sleep.

DO IT !

DO NOT PROCRASTINATE !

Next we move to the mind, or the mental part of this step. Your mind and body is connected via your spirit or your soul if you would like to call it that. If you belong to a religion, this is an excellent opportunity to know and understand what your holy books or book has been preaching.
Read it from an objective point of view. You will begin to see similarities in your life based on the adventures of the people in the book. But if you can pick up the sarcasm in my writing, then you are like me and most likely you believe in a supreme force in the universe and would rather follow you own doctrine.

Well that works too.

The key to this is meditation. Meditate frequently once or twice a day, for about 5 to 10 minutes. When I said meditate, I do not mean think through all that you have screwed up. Think of what you want now,
think of the peace and joy you want to attain,
the monetary success, the fame and the fortune.

Do this frequently for 7 days, then 14, then 21 days.

I can guarantee you; you will shift your mindset from one of misery to one of optimism, even if it is very light and minor.

Ok that’s it for part 1 of this lecture. I will be posting the other 3 parts, in a couple of days or so.

DO these exercises! I paid in many ways (body, mind, soul and material for these lessons)
I am doing this purely to do my part to help the world that I know, heal.

So heal.

Heal the world,
Make it a better place,
For you and for me,
And the entire human race – Michael Jackson

It happened ... line-height: normal;">So why is it such a big deal? A mistake is a big deal when we don't know it is one. But as soon as we realize it, hey, then learn the lesson and move on.

As people we make mistakes in many facets of our daily life. I would like to share a recent mistake that I did. This involves a more personal view point, but I will omit details and names, so you, my fellow readers (if there are any, at all! HAHAH!) Can focus to the point at hand and not the juicy gossip!

Well, I recently got involved with a new romantic interest in my life. Now, I never in a million years would have thought that this particular entanglement would happen to me, because I am a no conflict kind of person. I am the guy who will ignore the hottest girl at the club, simply because I know there are 20 other odd guys hitting on that person. She doesn't need another guy, telling her how beautiful she is. So all my life I have avoided situations like this, and have always opted for a drama free relationship. Now I believe that life hands you various lessons. And the more you have to tell the world, life will throw you more opportunities for you to learn. If you don't learn, it will keep throwing you the same thing over and over again, until you learn from your mistake kinda like that movie Groundhog Day (Watch it!).

Now anyway, I got into this whirlwind romance and it was just that, a whirlwind. I was happy, I was sad, I was miserable. All the things you would equate with being in love. Then I realized, much later. I was not in love, well not entirely.

You see, I have a problem. All this while I have never been myself entirely in a relationship, because, I was afraid of that side of me, the soft emo guy side. So I always had this control of my softer side. But this time around I was vulnerable on many other aspects, and that side of me was fully out and released. The only thing was that, it came out in the open with the wrong person.

Now I could be bitter and build a wall around my emotions again, but if I do that, this whirlwind will keep happening over and over again. Over the weeks I began to realize many new things about myself, facts that was new, facts that were long forgotten. I was reborn again and again. It hurt every time it happened, but I learned. And the more I learned the better it felt.
I am much more in tuned with my emotions now, I may not be entirely comfortable with it, but am learning and dealing with it.

What I learned from my experience is this. We all make mistakes. But hey like a friend of mine said, that's why pencils are made with rubbers on the back. People make mistakes and we know they will make mistakes. So erase it and start with a clean slate, but don't do the same mistake twice because as far as superstitions go, what happens once will never happen again, whatever happens twice will most definitely happen for the 3rd time.

So as a rule of thumb,

this is what you should do,

if you don’t want to keep hitting the same pot hole in your life.

1. I was actually really busy and free at the same time, but that's details for another blog entry. Let me get through this one first.

What do i mean by "talk" ? I do a whole lot of talking in my life. Being a trainer , therapist ,actor, director, producer, all aspects of my life involves an immense amount of talking. So people would say things like," oh he is a great talker","his words inspire me" and so on and so forth. Well this is not me blabbing bout myself, so read on. The truth is, I am a listener. I am always tuned to frequencies of people, by listening. My experience as therapist is rather new, (4 years at the max). But the important thing i found out is that people just want someone who will listen.

And no one ever just does that! Everyone insists on delivering their point of view, so much so that they are always overlapping one another in their communication. When you listen to what people have to say, i mean really listen, the smallest answer you give to them in return will be worth it's weight in gold, simply because they know whatever next that comes out of your mouth will be influenced from what you have listened.

It may bore you sometimes, but by learning to communicate this way, i have discovered the world to be a better place. All that people want is someone to listen to their view, You don't have to like it, or even respond to it.

Just listen!

Everything and everyone is always telling us something. Just close your mouth and open your ears, and really listen. This single action will transcend ones existence into a higher plane, because now, you have fulfilled one of your many destinies for being born as a human being, to lend ones ear to another beings plight. Your ears do not belong to you, they belong to all those who need to talk. So listen, talk may be cheap, but failing to listen just makes it worthless.

With Great Challenges Comes Great Opportunities

"With great power comes great responsibility", a very powerful quote in the movie Spider man. A true enough phrase. With the global recession imminent, and some dubbing it The Great Depression 2.0, many will fall into despair and loom on and on about the great misfortunes that will befall them.

I and everyone else should see it as an opportunity. Now what i am about to say may make me sound preachy and easier said then done some may say. True all that, but whats the harm in thinking through suggestion. After all it's not like we have got anything more too lose ...
am i right ?

Every challenge is an opportunity in disguise.

Spot it.

That's your job !

The real estate market is crumbling.

Challenge .

Property price becomes so low, and banks has no one to sell to. You can almost practically walk in and get a loan on foreclosed property.

Opportunity.

That is just one example, for this short and simple new year greeting. To get your spirits up and rising. So fret not. If a wall of a thousand bricks has 2 faulty bricks, there is still 998 bricks to support the structure. It's nothing but an opportunity to understand and learn more about building a better wall.

Happy New Year. 2009 is going to be great.... for those who can see the opportunities.

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

A very powerful and meaningful verse from the bible. I am just someone who believes that all religions are a reflection of god or the universe's ideology. Just like chicken which is cooked differently from country to country the same principal applies. I may be over simplifying, but who is to say that spirituality needs to be complicated.

In this edition of the blog I would like to discuss a little on the concept of letting go and surrender, a concept that I have come to believe more and more, and especially so during this trying times.

What does it mean to let go and surrender?

What does it mean to ask and receive?

Ask and you shall receive. Ask for help. Ask to be forgiven, ask for peace but ask the right questions and believe that you will get what you deserve at all times. But before you ask know and acknowledge that you have done everything within your power and might, and; leave the results to the forces of the universe. Ask and you shall receive.

I would like to share this clip on this concept with everyone. It will help you see it from a point of view of someone most of us know and like.

Enjoy this video, and if you ever need anything, just ask. If your question is right, the right answer will arrive.

Tim Allen on William Shatner's Raw Nerve

Copyright Belongs to the Bio Channel

Originally uploaded to Youtube by Magik57

Ask, And Ye Shall Receive
Ye Have Not, Because Ye Ask Not

Failure = Acceptance = Preseverance = Effort = Success

What an odd title for a blog. Or so it may seem at a first glance. Allow me to explain. My life has been a roller coaster ride. I am sure many of you out there can share this fact with me. In the past every time the roller coaster hits a low point I would sink with it, and every time it goes up high I surge with the high emotions that come with it. This caused lots of emotional instability, mood swings, depression, and stress and hair loss even! But, then came a point in my life when I decided, you know what no matter what I do, what will happen will happen, because life is about experiences. There is no good or bad experience, it just is an experience. You either learn and grow or follow the tides. The important thing is that you did all you could. And remain the same. It's hard, believe me, I know this. But if we can maintain the same level headedness in all situations, life becomes way more bearable. Let me share a case in point of something that happened just last week.

Other than being a NLP based trainer, I also run my own film and TV production company and recently I produced my own cook show, for up to 2 episodes. Being a big believer in making things happen and having made big things happen various times in my life before, I got my friend who is a celebrity (it was his idea, a good one) to host the show, and to cut a long story short we headed down to the office of the network that would be interested in our show. From the moment we sat and explained the concept of the show, the person in charge slammed down our ideas. I was thinking could it be discrimination? But at that point I decided to put my own judgments aside and we got the person in charge to view the video. She barely scrubbed through and started making preposterous comments on the quality of the show and saying some things that were basically, discrimination. My friend was quite disheartened and I tried my best to put on a brave front and we came back home disappointed. Then bam, the very next day I got sick, the disappointment got to me subconsciously. I discovered at that point I was riding the roller coaster, whether I liked it or not. That’s nature. But within 48 hours I bounced back, I read materials on hope, watched interviews on people who eventually made it big and meditated.

And I believe everything happens for a reason and is an opportunity in disguise. So what opportunity does this hold? I think and strongly believe that this is an opportunity for me to prove that I can do something beyond and bigger with my TV show. I am more than ever determined to get the show on air, through another network perhaps, but I will make it happen. This incident has just given me the opportunity to practice and prove that perseverance works.

Now the reason for this blog goes beyond my personal story. I wanted to share this story because the world is facing a major catastrophe. Or is it facing a major healing? Every time you fall sick, when it’s over you wake up stronger and clearer minded. Why? Because the body regenerates. So what is happening to world now, is just an opportunity for you to show loyalty, tenacity and above all perseverance. Stay the course, do minimal damage control on your spending, educate yourself more and stay FOCUSED!

Spirit of the Spiritual

What is Spirit? Is it real? Can we see it? Touch it? When it comes to spiritual matters, many souls out there confuse it with religion. I am not denouncing religion, or any of it, my claim is simple. Religion is but a mere path for the spirit with in to attain and realize its true spiritual nature. Having faith in life and that there is a force far stronger and omnipotent is a trait that is shared similarly amongst the many religions of the world (even if they do think that this being is E.T., but each to their own. What right do we have to disclaim their right of faith when we ourselves can't prove anything of our faith?)

Anyway, without wanting to debate religion, which I won’t, let’s get back to the spirit. The spirit is real, as real as the hand's on your body and the computer which I am typing on at the moment. But why can't we see the spirit you ask? Well we can and chances are you see it every day.

When you meet your wife or loved ones, even before they say a word, that feeling you get, that's the spirit talking. The glimmer or sadness you see in someone’s eye, that’s you seeing the spirit as for touching it... every time you touch someone with love, you pet you cat or dog, the feeling that comes over you is the spirit responding to the touch.

The spirit is the only guide and remnant we have that is of god on this earth. Every soul, every person is a spirit and thus carries the true nature of god. That is spirituality. Let it grow. Let it live.

A T T I T U D E

It's been a few more months since my last promise to write on my blog every other week, but yet again I have failed to live up to my promise. Many reason accord to this, but I am not about to make excuses. However I would like to re-alter my promise to state that I would write on this blog as frequently as time allows me.

This ATTITUDE that I possess is what has kept me going. The way I perceive things, the way I perceive the world and how you deal with people's expectations, is what ATTITUDE is all about.

I don't want to over dramatize or over simplify by giving an acronym decipher for what is ATTITUDE. I will take the word for what it is and proceed to further describe in laymen’s terms what it is all about.

Just recently I finished another one of my personal milestones, which was to write and direct a commercial film. It was for TV, still nonetheless it was a milestone achieved. I had tremendous support from various mentors, who's names I shan't mention to respect their privacy. But one enormous experience I gained from this venture was that of how important ATTITUDE is. This single trait alone will determine how far does a person go in life.

I was surrounded by people whose experience in the industry where at times was that of my age. Yet, they were still in the rank of people who took orders an executed them (Efficiently or not, that’s a story for another blog).

Now given their rank and experience they should be on top of the game, in and out. But from a closer inspection and prying on my part, I found out that, their careers are very much in shambles as is their personal lives. and it could be traced back to ATTITUDE.

Most of the people (not all) in this industry have a tendency to live life as shallow as some of the films they work on. Living life for a short burst of pleasure and moments rather then a life long pattern of growth. This ATTITUDE of taking everything for granted and constantly living in the past, has stunted their potential for new growth and as sad as I am to state this, will be the cause of their eventual career demises, and an even sadder thing would be that the moment they are gone, someone else will replace them faster then you can say their names, and these people wont have anything to be remembered by.

I am not aware if they realize this, maybe some do, but have given up on re-newing their life's purpose thus eliminating the need to alter their ATTITUDES.

So I say this to everyone out there, if you want to see an immediate change in your life, don't look for THE SECRET, don't bother reading Tony Robbins, and forget altogether about any other self improvisation courses. Because without the right ATTITUDE, you will no be ready to accept any of the wonderful escalating affects that these books and authors have to offer you.

BE A <st1:stockticker>NEW</st1:stockticker>. BE EXCELLENT. BE WITH ATTITUDE.

THE POWER OF THE HUMAN WILL!

I would like to share this particular clip with all of you. I conduct a lot of my business there. Great place to spend money and make money. But the reason I brought up Singapore, is not because of that, well not for this particular blog anyway. I saw a really heart wrenching sight in Singapore.

If you walk into a Mc'd or look at the people who sweep roads and such. A lot of them are actually old retired people. Now, if these old folks are working because they are bored, well good on them. But I found out that they work for their livelihood. At age 60! Shouldn't they be enjoying their pension and take long walks on the beach?

Not to focus in on Singapore only, when I got back my eyes were opened as i can now see some pretty old people seeping the roads here as well. I actually spoke to one of them and found out that some of these people have been left to fend for themselves by their kids. The government really could not care less bout them, because lets face it, the government has too much on its hands, and no politician in the world really cares for the poor and elderly, until election time anyway.

And then I hear and read and see about the misfortunes of people without Medicare in Australia, people without health insurance in America and so on and so forth.

Now, why in the world I am talking politics, you may ask. Honestly, I don't care much for politics, or who rules and who doesn’t' because to me, I fend for my self.

How? I have my own business. I am an entrepreneur. I innovate on the situation. I do not believe in the ideology of the 'SAFE SECURE JOB". This ideology went extinct 40 years ago. (Am not making it up, look it up, the day America lost, yes people, lost the Vietnam war, a whole lot of things changed with it)

The only people, who will survive in this world, are those who can and will take care of themselves. No government or society or welfare will be able to take care of us. So if we can take care of ourselves, we will take care of our families. And the cycle continues.

How do we change the world? We become the change. Start with your self. Don't just depend on your job. YOU ARE EXPENDABLE!!! Trust me! In the early 70's every one was getting things done in Cuba and the other South American countries. Then things moved to Asia, in which countries like Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines and even Indonesia began to grow from the surge. Now things have moved to China and India. But things are getting expensive there as well, so major companies have and are moving to Vietnam and Myanmar (Cambodia now).

Look around you where are the Matsushita’s and Panasonic's? Where are the Motorola's and IBM’s? These companies have one main intent. To maximize profits and I don't blame them. That's what business is about. So don't be a statistic. Don't be an expendable asset.

Start reading business books.

Start going to seminars.

Stop procrastinating.

There is no such thing as starting something at the right time. The right time is NOW! TODAY! You will learn more about being in business when you are in business. Not by hearing or reading about it. Just like when you learnt to drive. The more you drive the better you come.

Start driving!

A British MP Tony Benn once said "If we can find the money to kill people, we can find the money to help people."

He was and is right of course, but bouncing of from his words of wisdom I’d like to say this,
"If we can find reasons why not to start a business, we can definitely find reasons to stay in business"

P/s: In lieu with my intentions of promoting more people, especially young people to become entrepreneurs, I have started a project called the MalaysianTalent.

It's a portal for young entrepreneurs where we provide free guides and seminars at times, to motivate and encourage more and more young people to take up the call of entrepreneurship. Come visit the site, so you can Be an entrepreneur, Do things like an entrepreneur and Excel like an entrepreneur.

A New Year, A New Beginning, The Journey Continues

It's been almost a little over 2 years since i last blogged. A lot of things has changed since. My life has turned around for the better, in many ways.

My book is yet to be finished. This is why. I have been busy building my company, Pearl Media And Solutions. I have been creating my own training program, The Super You program, I have been busy directing and acting. Finished a brand new project, well about finished it actually, a project we labeled "Transformations". Rather odd that this project found me , while i was going through my own personal transformation and the training provider i went in, for a particular training program, also had the name Transformations. The universe works in mysterious ways.

Well, why am i optimistic about the year 2008. Well for the first time since i was 17 , about a decade ago, I have finally come to terms with aging. I am no longer resisting it, rather am welcoming it with open arms. Each year progressing , just means am getting to know myself and the world around me better. That makes me just love everything and everyone around me.

I used to have an inferiority about being young. You may ask why, because people associate youth with naivety and foolishness and headstrong carelessness and disregard for the world around oneself.

Well, i would like to redefine it, and believe i have. I have met many "older" individuals who have the maturity of a 15 year old. Old doesn't mean knowledgeable and young doesn't mean stupid. In life, it's not the situations that you are in, that defines who you are, but rather the decisions that you make and the evidence that you gather from the outcome and how you learn from it.

Can you change where you are today ? YES !

Can you change how perceive life ? YES !

Can you attract success, wealth, health, love and joy in your life ? YES !

How Can You Do All This ?

BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD - Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi , Mahatma

To all my friends and visitors of this blog, Happy New Year (2008), and i will do my best to post in at least once a week. This is my attempt at changing the world to a better place, and i am not just saying that i mean it.

BLOGS OF A LAST - THE YEAR 2006

Monday, October 09, 2006

We have something good going on here

It’s one of those day’s again, where I become extremely moody and irritated, due cause to boredom. As you may have realized now, that seems to be a problem with me. But I have learned to take in my stride as the eventual result of this boredom, re-asserts itself by morphing into a literary muse, which help’s me create my writing, something which helps me re-condition my thoughts.

Here I am sitting, bitching about how unfair life is. That I am being discriminated against, that bad shit happens to ONLY me. Why can’t I do this or that? But the truth of the matter is that the mere fact that I and you can sit here to think that life is going nowhere has put us in the 10 % of the world’s luckiest people. I mean think about it. We complain we don’t have better salaries when there are people in the world who make a dollar a month. ONE FREAKING DOLLAR!!! We bitch that astro is crap, and it keeps playing re-runs.

I have seen with my own eyes where people hustle over one old black and white television with real crappy government propaganda shows. We cry out that we don have enough food choices. People in our neighboring countries only have 2. Rice or no rice.

Does that mean we should not seek betterment? Does that mean we should not get good service? No. Absolutely not. All that I am saying is don’t look up always. Take a glance down once in a while. It will actually help us.

Like some one I knew once said, life is very much like a train. Regardless of what we do it will move on its destined path. We don’t all get the same path, but eventually we will all end up in the same place. But , the journey that we take in that ride, defines us a human being, builds our character and that truly makes a difference when we arrive at the end of the journey, as each life we touch during our journey helps transfuse and change the journey of someone else’s train ride.

So let’s not just say that we are not getting what we deserve. Why not, just once trying giving someone else what they deserve. Maybe seeing them getting what they deserve is actually what you need to go to the next step.

# posted by SATHYA @ 8:55 AM 0 comments

FIND YOURSELF
          FIND YOURSELF

Hi everyone.

I do not know if there will be many of you who will read my blog. I do not know how many of you will like it.

But, for the longest time now, i have contemplated on writing a blog, but i don want to put in every day gossips, or my sexapades or such.

I have been trying to find a way to help my fellow men and women, to give to the community. I tried lecturing for a while, but you know the phrase teachers are poor, it's is not based on a fiction.

And since i love money too much, i ended up doing some corporate stuff. Now , money is good , but i still miss teaching, even if some of the students i had were just absolutely horrible.

Well anyway, i have been writing a book. It's yet to be published because i haven't had much time to round it up. But i will post excerpts of it. Maybe it will help, or at least make someone who is really down feel better.

I plan to not just blab my life's details, but rather things that i have learned through experience and the school of hard knocks and share it with anyone who reads and seeks to find a way. I plan to post up things from finacial know how's (not that i am great at it, but hey those who can't do teach ) and even some self help and motivational texts' to help life move on.

Well that's all for starters. Please enjoy the excerpt from my book, and do tell me what you think of it, and please if you are going to post ill comments of it, be tasteful. :)

HAVE YOU FOUND YOURSELF YET ?

A BOOK BY SATHYA SEELAN

Notes from a person,

who has the same real problems

as every other real person in

the real world.

Success stories from real people,

How they found themselves

and how success found them.

Bur most importantly how

they knew how to be happy.

Foreword

Hello fellow readers. It’s nice to see that you have actually gone and done something or at least thought about doing something to understand what is this rut that you are in now. Why can’t you be like that guy who just bought his brand new Mercedes SLK 500, or why can’t you go on a round the world trip like the office mate of yours who makes about half of what you do. What is their secret? Well my friends guess what, you are not alone. And before we go on long I must tell you a bit that this book does not contain all the answers to your questions, but it will help you get to know your self a little better. So I hope by the end of the last page of this book, I’d have at least be able to help you to the very least bit, from one human being to another.

Chapter One

DEFINE ONE SELF

This is not a success formula book or a how to get out of debt book or a book to motivate you to go and amass as much material wealth as you possibly can. You won’t be reading many words like portfolio, investments, diversify stock options and a whole load of jargons, that we probably need two dictionaries to grasp the meaning of in the first place. Now I am not saying that all those things are bad, or material wealth is evil. If I was to say that I would be the world’s biggest hypocrite and I’d probably be diagnosed with mental denial syndrome or something.

What I set out to do when I begin writing this book, is to help people, to find themselves. What makes them the most happiest. Because trust me friends, when you find yourself, you will find happiness, and you will find ways to make other people happy. And making people happy always has its perks. So just bear with me, and hopefully we can all get something for what we’ve paid for this book.

When I started writing this book in 2006, I was finally getting of my ass to do something about my life which has become very routine and mundane. Now this was not all that bad, except for the fact that I was losing my mind as it was becoming constantly filled with boredom. It was as if I can feel my brain decaying. And during one of those times where I tried to challenge my mind to conjure up something is when I realized, that hey, I might not be the only guy in the world with this problem of dissatisfaction with my life. Maybe if I told people of how I felt and what I want out of life my head would be listening and maybe, just maybe I’d be able to do something about it. And guess what? I was right. I talked to so many people, friends, family, acquaintances, and 8 out of 10 people just were not content with their life.

And so I thought, well what could the problem be. So I started analyzing myself, and trust me, this is the hard part. You see as people when we are to comment on someone else we are fast to react to comment, to give idea’s to give advice, but when it comes to one self, we get a bit protective and ego begins to take over. But if you wanna get yourself out of whatever mental rut that you are in, well you must really take yourself apart. Look deep into yourself, and then you will see what’s happened to you.

Let me begin with myself first. At 26 years old I was pretty stable financially and I was climbing up, slowly but steadily. And there were moments where I felt happy, but somehow I always sank into a gloomy rut, once too often. The good thing about it was that I actually realized I had an issue here. Now to discover what, that was the quest. So I began my journey to my self.

Now you see everyone has an idea or a dream of how they want their life to be, but sadly it almost never turns out exactly the way you plan. Now when I say this some people will be thinking, maybe if I had more money things would be different. We’ll that may be true. But take it from me; if you just think of money, you can never really be happy. If your quest in life is to find joy and pleasure, and makes other’s happy, trust me money will find you. The thing is you must enjoy and be passionate about whatever it is that you are doing. Every success coach ranging form people like Napoleon Hill to Tony Robbins (and these guys are god sent bless them) have always indicated very strongly on the word passion. I mean without it we are all just as good as dead. Now how do you find the passion?

Well that's the end of what i chose to post on weblog , hope that helps ignites the flames of intent to do something with our lives, at the very least help heat up the faded ambers of passion and zest for life that we had as kids.
